The Livehotel Freidheim in Lagundo feautures completely renovated, exclusive rooms and apartments: oak furniture, comfortable living area, large bathroom and wonderful balcony with breathtaking view of Merano and the Alps.

We spoil you with a rich breakfast buffet for a good start in the day and also serve you small dishes, cakes and ice-creams during the day at our nearby restaurant Ruster, which also provides variety on your menu.
Guest can choose between bed and breakfast at the Pension, half board or dine à la carte at the Restaurant Ruster.

The stunning view of Merano and the Adige Valley, the quiet setting amidst orchards and vineyards in the countryside and the warm sun of the mountains offer a uniquely romantic, yet informal, 'alpine experience'. The heated swimming pool, the Finnish blockhouse sauna and the splendid gardenare the perfect location for a relaxing stay.

Livehotel Friedheim - Rooms and Apartments

The new rooms (Alpin and Alpin Superior) at the Livehotel Friedheim are very cosy and well equipped. All rooms feauture balcony to the South with wonderful panorama view, large bathrooms, air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar, safe and WiFi. In addition the hotel offers:

Almost every room accessible by lift

Information, terms and conditions

B&B: rate per person and day with breakfast buffet
HB: half board
Apartments: rate per day and unit
For stays shorter than 3 days we apply a surcharge of 10%.
Children rates:
Third bed in the parents’ room up to 9 years reduction of 70%, up to 12 years 50%, up to 16 years 40%, otherwise 20% reduction.
Cot up to 3 years: € 10,00. If you bring your own cot the baby stays for free.
Dogs on request. Dogs are not admitted at the Livehotel Friedheim and Ruster Appartements.
Half board:
The half board is served at the Restaurant Ruster. It includes:
3-course menu (every day 3 choices) or “à la carte” according to the menu’s price list.
“Run of the house”: bookings for the weekends are generally possible only “run of the house” (you cannot book a specific room category). Rates: category Meran or Single Room Superior +10% (does not apply for higher categories).

Check in: the reception is at the Livehotel Friedheim
At your arrival your accommodation is available starting from 2pm;
check out within 11am; if you want to check out later please ask at the reception.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days prior arrival are free of charge.
In case of cancellations made in the last 30 days, in case of early departure or no-show, we charge 80% of the booking.
We advise guests to take out a cancellation insurance.
